Before You Order:

• Please confirm with your wedding venue that you will be able to use sparklers, not all venues allow for sparklers to be used for the wedding exit.
• If your wedding or event date is less than 10 days away, please check the UPS Ground Shipping map here on our site to allow enough time to receive your shipments.

Returning Sparklers:

We will accept the return of all unused products (except custom printed sparkler tags that are non returnable) within 30 days from the date of purchase. For all unused products returned within 30 days, we offer a full return minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the shipping cost we paid, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping.

Please note that we will not issue a refund until the returned items arrive at our shipping center.
